Income Qualifications

This is an income- and rent-restricted community. To qualify, your income must meet both of the following requirements:

Maximum Income: Your gross (before tax) household income—including all occupants of any age—must be at or below the limit for your household size. (See table below)
Minimum Income: This community has a minimum income requirement which is listed in our current Rental Criteria.

All sources of Income and Assets are verified before move-in and are reviewed annually.

Initial qualification to move into our community must have a total annual income before taxes for all occupants of the apartment home, regardless of age, less than:

Age Restriction Policy

This community is a 55+ Aged Community and is considered a Non-Assisted Senior Housing Community. At least one household member must be 55+ at the time of move-in. Qualifying household members must provide documentation establishing their eligibility.

Ovation at Meeker operates as age-restons pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Section 42 and theWashington State Housing Finance Commission definition of an elderly person.
